Fee Estimates

As an immigration Solicitors’ firm, we conduct many different types of immigration cases and even the cases of similar type vary in complexity. However, as a general guide and in accordance with new regulations issued by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), we aim to provide some basic information regarding the fees which we charge on the most common applications we are instructed to undertake.

Please note that some categories of work – e.g., asylum and appeal preparation — are not included in the estimates, because these can vary widely according to the circumstances of each individual case and the SRA guidance does not require them to be published. We would however be happy to give you a quotation if you contact us with details about your case.

We usually recommend our clients to see one of our immigration advisers for a one-off consultation either in person, by telephone or via Skype, during which we take full instructions regarding your circumstances so that we can offer full advice regarding your options. Where relevant, we will follow up the consultation by sending you a detailed email or letter setting out your options and a list of required documents in full.

Initial One-Off Consultation / Immigration Advice - £130/£160

Our fee includes:

  • In-person (£160) or phone/Skype/Zoom (£130) consultation with our principal solicitor Mr Marcelo Reale or another member of our specialist immigration team.
  • VAT (where applicable) (VAT is a value-added tax which in the UK is 20%. Residents outside the UK/EU and those who do not have a residence visa for the UK do not pay VAT)

Our fee does not include:

  • Liaising with third parties, such as the Home Office or Tribunal
  • Interpreter fees (where required)
  • Completing or submitting an application

Immigration Application Casework and Management Service

  • Home Office or its third party providers’ fees
  • Interpreting or translation fees
  • Barristers’ fees, where required
  • Courier /priority postal service fees
  • Further work, where necessary, following submission of application. This can be agreed with a further fixed fee or an hourly rate, as appropriate should the need arise.
  • Any other disbursements

Below is a guidance of our fee ranges for the most common applications (single applicants only). However, we assist clients with a very wide range of immigration and nationality matters and your individual circumstances would be best assessed during a one-off consultation, during which you would also receive a quote for the work required to prepare your particular case. The fees would depend on factors such as whether the applicant has a complicated immigration history, whether the Applicant and/or the sponsor is employed or self-employed, the status of the Applicant and/or the sponsor in the UK, whether there are any other aggravating factors which may result on more time being spent on the case. Any future extension applications would likely cost less than initial application and we are often able to offer small discount to our former clients. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly to discuss fees for your specific circumstances.
